Running Events offer a 50% refund of the entry fee paid to anyone who is unable to take part in one of our events for medical reasons. Notification of your intent to withdraw must be made at least one calendar month prior to the event (in the case of Albany Lakes “Series Pass” – this must be one month prior to the first event in the series) using the online contact form on the event web site. At our discretion, we may request a medical certificate from a certified health professional stating that you are unable to take part in the event). The refund will be actioned within 48 hours of acceptance by crediting the card used for the initial payment.
In fairness to all entrants, we apply this policy evenly and accurately. We regret that no refunds are permitted outside of these conditions under any circumstances and remind entrants that these conditions are included in the event waiver which they accepted during the registration process.
